As an IT Reliability Site Associate, you will manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure platforms supporting engineering access and development services. You will troubleshoot production issues, automate repetitive processes with Bash, PowerShell, or Python, and support Citrix resources. The team collaborates across the US, Canada, Europe, and India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, deploy, and manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure platforms
- Investigate production issues and identify root causes
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Citrix infrastructure support




- Automate repetitive processes using Bash, PowerShell, or Python
- Support Linux and Windows environments as required

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
- Hands-on experience across Linux and Windows operating systems
- Ability to write and debug scripts
- Methodical troubleshooting and process-of-elimination problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
