Lead IFRS research and complex transaction analysis as OLG’s Senior Manager, Technical Accounting, working fully onsite. Shape accurate financial reporting through practical guidance.

Reporting to the Director, External Reporting & Technical Accounting, you will guide technical accounting assessments and stakeholder decisions. The position covers IFRS, audit support, financial statements, disclosures, and accounting policy implementation. You will also provide direction across Finance and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead IFRS research for significant and unusual transactions
- Provide accounting guidance to stakeholders across OLG
- Prepare audit working papers and respond to inquiries




- Monitor pronouncements and coordinate timely implementation
- Present accounting recommendations and standard changes

Requirements:

- University degree in finance or accounting
- Qualified accounting designation, CPA
- Five to seven years of progressive accounting experience
- In-depth IFRS knowledge in complex reporting environments
- Leadership experience overseeing reporting processes and mentoring
