Job Title: Field Application Engineer

What you will be doing:

- Serve as the primary technical liaison between our customers and internal engineering/product teams.

- Assist the sales team with pre-sales technical support, including presentations, demos, and technical evaluations.

- Understand customer requirements and help architect solutions using our technologies.

- Support onboarding, integration, and deployment of products in client environments.

- Provide hands-on troubleshooting, configuration assistance, and guidance to resolve customer technical issues.

- Develop and deliver technical training, documentation, and workshops for customers.

- Collect and communicate customer feedback to influence product features and roadmap.

- Stay current with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.

What you must have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering,



Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.

- 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as FAE, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Support.

- Robust foundation in one or more of the following areas:
- Embedded systems and firmware development
- Cloud or edge computing (Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Networking and IoT device deployment
- AI/ML application integration

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

- Experience with scripting or development tools (e.g., Python, C/C++, Bash).

- Ability to travel (10-30%) within Canada and internationally as required.

Salary/Rate Range: $90,000 – $100,000
