As Multi-Site Practice Manager, you will lead Kew Beach Animal Hospital while overseeing Beaches Animal Hospital and Downtown Animal Hospital. Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will work with Medical Directors, Hospital Managers, and VCA Support Office teams. The position focuses on operational excellence, financial performance, team development, and experiences for associates, clients, and patients across the network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach Hospital Managers across multiple veterinary hospital locations
- Ensure appropriate staffing and support for hospital teams




- Develop budgets and analyze financial performance
- Improve efficiency, processes, and hospital experiences
- Implement training and talent development initiatives

Requirements:

- Five or more years of progressive operations leadership experience
- Experience managing people, preferably across multiple sites
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
