Human Resources Business Partner guiding leaders through employee relations and workforce planning at Top Aces. Support assigned client groups across an internationally connected organization.

This role provides practical HR guidance across workforce planning, performance management, talent, compensation, and organizational change. You will coach managers, manage employee relations matters, and support HR programs. The position also maintains people data, documentation, and reporting for assigned client groups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise leaders on HR matters and company policies
- Support workforce planning, forecasting, and organizational changes
- Coach managers on performance, conduct, and conflict resolution




- Manage employee relations and escalate higher-risk issues
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development

Requirements:

- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Five or more years of progressive HR experience
- Experience coaching managers on employee relations and performance
- Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
- Qualified fluency in English and French
