Lead Aritzia’s SAP S/4 transformation from Vancouver, using enterprise program management and SAP implementation expertise across the full lifecycle. As Director or Senior Director, SAP Program Management, you will guide a large-scale transformation spanning Source-to-Pay and Order Management. You will shape strategy, govern delivery, and align business and technology teams around agreed outcomes. The program incorporates AI, automation, SAP Joule, and SAP BTP where appropriate. Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP S/4 delivery through go-live, stabilization, and transition Shape strategy, roadmap, sequencing, governance, and delivery approach Align processes, technology, data, integrations, resources, and activities Build program governance, roles, decision rights,



and resourcing Manage partners, risks, investment, forecasts, progress, and advantages Requirements:

10+ years managing technology programs Led at least two full-cycle large-scale ERP implementations Experience with design, testing, migration, cutover, go-live, stabilization Managed complex programs with budgets exceeding $50M Retail knowledge spanning Finance, Supply Chain, and Merchandising Bring SAP transformation leadership, executive communication, and partner governance to Aritzia’s enterprise technology program.
