We have a strong customer service focus and believe in making things better, one customer at a time.Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customersRespond to customer inquiries and requests in person, over the phone, via email and through Kenect (text messaging) regarding service needs,ensuring responses are given in a timely mannerAdvise customers about necessary service & routine maintenance while providing updates on progress of repairComplete required paperwork with accuracy according to company policies, procedures and protocolsPrepare work orders by detailing the unit's problems or symptoms ensuring to convey accurate information to the Service TechnicianComplete all CVIP certifications paperworkPrepare invoices, arrange for billing of services, and collect paymentsElectronic processing of accurate open and complete work ordersData entry of Tech's time and repair storiesCreate PO's for subletsVarious clerical duties including photocopying, sorting/filing, etcSchedule customer appointments.Service check-ins/walk arounds, set expectations with customers (re: timelines,



etc)Executing all warranty duties and responsibilities including processing paymentsProcess all transit damage claimsProcess all insurance claims and paymentsOrder replacement VIN stickersDealership support to internal departments and rental dealersMaintain a clean tidy and organized workspaceRemain current with product knowledge regarding parts, hardware and new equipmentCollaborate with service and parts team to ensure work is completed in a timely mannerFollow up with manager/supervisor and other internal departments as needed·Other duties as required and/or tasked by ManagerOvertime may be necessary during busy seasonsSkills and Qualifications:Recognize the importance of building strong, lasting relationships with customers, vendors and co-workersProficient with technology, computer applications, including Microsoft Office and other industry specific software programsFamiliarity with mechanical and agricultural equipment /trailers (considered an asset)Self-motivated and results-orientedMust be accountable, reliable and have good problem-solving skillsGood time management skills with the ability to multi-task and balance prioritiesStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent follow-throughCapable of safely lifting up to 50 lbs. on your ownGood communication skills both verbal and written (fluent in English)Able to take direction and work as a team playerMaintain a positive "can do" attitudeHave great work ethic and willingness to expand industry knowledge/educationValid Class 5 driver's license, clean drivers abstract and satisfactory criminal record checkWe are an equal opportunity employer, committed to workforce diversity.
