Operate assigned dishwashing equipment as a Culinary Steward, cleaning serviceware, cookware, and kitchen areas to required sanitary standards. Industrial washing experience is preferred.

The role supports orderly kitchen operations through detailed cleaning and sanitation. You will handle dishes, glassware, pots, pans, trays, utensils, silver, food preparation surfaces, and waste containers. You will also help move supplies and equipment between storage and work areas while maintaining safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, trays, and utensils
- Polish silver with burnishing, chemical, buffing, and hand methods
- Keep equipment clean, operational, and compliant with safety standards




- Steam clean or hose garbage cans after trash removal
- Transfer supplies, products, and equipment between work areas

Requirements:

- Hands-on industrial washing machine experience preferred
- Previous dishwashing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work under pressure
- Physical ability to complete the position's duties
- Own transportation and availability beyond midnight
