Lead industrial maintenance at UniFirst in Taber, Alberta, using mechanical diagnosis and electrical troubleshooting skills. This Monday-to-Friday position includes on-the-job training.

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will keep facility and production equipment functioning efficiently while improving maintenance practices, procedures, and staff training. You will diagnose machinery issues, repair PLC systems, manage preventive maintenance, and oversee department safety. The position also covers regulatory compliance, maintenance scheduling, and technician development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment problems
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC control systems
- Assign preventive maintenance for facility and production assets

- Train and develop maintenance personnel

Requirements:

- Fourth Class Power Engineering Certificate required
- Three years repairing industrial processing equipment required
- Two years supervising maintenance personnel preferred
- Maintenance planning, scheduling, budgeting, and parts management experience
- Blueprint, Microsoft Office, Lockout/Tagout, and hand tool proficiency
