You will be lead development organization in the baseband SW development domain for 5G CR and G5 deliveries from the PEU, interfacing lead customers on 5G CR plans and quality efforts.
The role will include securing parity levels towards legacy platforms and leading work to accelerate towards true concurrent development and lead AI in RAN development.
Reporting to the PEU Head, you will be part of the PEU Leadership Team, working closely with R&D; and Product Line.What you will do:* Own 5G CR and G5 feature and parity development securing TTM and quality and customer satisfaction.
* Transform ways of working: Use AI to re-invent how we perform work in development to improve quality, accelerate feature parity, TTM and increasing the pace of innovation to solve customer pain points.
* Connect priorities: Align global teams, R&D;, Product Line, customers, suppliers and strategic partners around customer needs and technical priorities.
* Lead the organization: Develop leaders and technical capability across a global team, with clear accountability and a culture of innovation, simplification, ownership, customer focus and continuous improvement.The skills you bring:* Proven ability to lead transformation, simplify processes and strengthen ownership and accountability.
* Extensive leadership experience in global software engineering and system management organizations.
* Robust understanding of RAN technology, products and architecture.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,



with the ability to align priorities and influence decisions across organizational boundaries.
* Inclusive collaborative leadership and experience developing leaders and international technical teams, with a clear focus on customer needs, measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
