As Project Manager, you will oversee solar installation and inspection activities while coordinating personnel, production, customers, sales, and corporate departments. The position requires project management and construction experience, strong organization, communication, and continuous project software use. Solar industry leadership experience is relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, motivate, and mentor installation and inspection personnel
- Monitor daily production and installation crew performance
- Inspect job sites and correct installation issues
- Coordinate sales, corporate departments, forecasts,



and reporting
- Manage projects from initial sale through customer onboarding

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred
- Four or more years of construction experience
- Four or more years of management experience
- Project management and construction experience required
- Strong organization, communication, and project software skills
