This Hand Physiotherapist position serves musculoskeletal hand and upper extremity conditions within an established Hand Therapy program. You will assess injuries, develop individualized plans, and support patients through the Patient Health Journey framework. The role is intended for a Registered Physiotherapist delivering physiotherapy-model care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Design basic static custom splints when clinically indicated
- Deliver exercise,



manual therapy, modalities, and IMS interventions
- Document home exercises, progress, and required forms

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or Canadian equivalent
- Alberta Physiotherapist registration in positive standing
- Certified Hand Therapist designation or certification underway
- Orthopedic training at AIM Level 2 Upper minimum
- Experience with hand therapy and custom splinting
