The IT Operations Manager works under Administration and Finance supervision, managing infrastructure, systems, and digital resources. The role supports Collections Management, improves employee efficiency, and advances IT practices. It includes project, vendor, budget, and personnel management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the organization’s IT strategy
- Oversee availability, security, and integrity of IT infrastructure
- Maintain CRM systems and integrations across organizational platforms
- Manage vendors, contractors, budgets, and financial reporting




- Support users through training, follow-up, and technical assistance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology
- Eight years’ experience across infrastructure, projects, cybersecurity, and support
- Extensive Microsoft, Windows, SQL Server, Hyper-V, and Azure knowledge
- Knowledge of Cisco Firepower, ZScaler, DarkTrace, and Aruba Central
- Robust French and English communication skills
