Lead Walmart’s Pharmacy and OTC teams in Dryden while applying pharmacist expertise, patient counselling, and provincial privacy requirements.

As Pharmacy Manager, you will recruit, train, assess, motivate, and retain associates while promoting Walmart’s brand. You will manage pharmacy operations, scheduling, budgets, inventories, workflow, and patient services. The position also requires collaboration with store leadership, Professional Services District Managers, healthcare providers, clinics, and Vision Centre teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Pharmacy and OTC teams through daily operations

Requirements:

- Pharmacist License required
- Additional Prescribing Authorization optionally available in Alberta
- Ability to operate pharmacy registers and computer systems
- Ability to protect patient privacy and follow provincial regulations
- Ability to maintain posted pharmacy operating hours
