As Frontline Strategy Business Partner, you will advise regional leadership and translate EcoVadis’s global vision into regional plans. You will work across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, and HR. The position connects field realities with Revenue Operations decisions on processes, data, tools, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Co-own regional strategy, segmentation, coverage, and investment priorities
- Build targets, forecasts, quotas, territories, capacity, and resourcing plans
- Run planning cycles, business reviews, and operating cadences
- Monitor pipeline, forecast, win rate, and sales cycle dashboards




- Drive corrective actions, workshops, decisions, and strategic initiatives

Requirements:

- Seven or more years in strategy, consulting, planning, sales leadership, or revenue operations
- Experience in B2B SaaS or comparable environments influencing senior leaders
- Deep understanding of field sales and go-to-market motions
- Solid analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
