Lead multidisciplinary EPC engineering from Novus Technical Services’ Calgary office, applying technical leadership and project controls across industrial projects. Travel is less than 10%.

Novus Technical Services seeks an experienced Project Engineering Lead for its Engineering organization, reporting to the Engineering Manager. You will coordinate engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet specifications, codes, quality, budget, and schedule commitments. The work spans engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead engineering activities throughout complete project lifecycles
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, vendors, and design resources
- Resolve complex technical issues and integrate project disciplines




- Verify deliverables against requirements, standards, budget, and schedule
- Collaborate with procurement, construction, commissioning, clients, and project management

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline
- At least eight years of progressive engineering experience
- Experience managing multidisciplinary EPC engineering activities
- Eligibility for APEGA Qualified Engineer or Licensee registration
- English communication, technical aptitude, and Canadian work eligibility
