Lead SaaS implementations remotely for Foundant, using project management and customer communication skills across global teams. Guide customers from kickoff through go-live.

As a Project Manager, you will own implementation projects for Foundant’s mission-critical software serving foundations, grantmakers, nonprofits, and community organizations. Build plans, coordinate resources, manage risks, and translate business requirements into technical tasks. Lead workshops, oversee data migration and integrations, and support user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own implementation projects from kickoff through documented handoff
- Build timelines, resource allocations, and project plans
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements conversations
- Coordinate consultants, architects,



engineers, and customer stakeholders
- Oversee migrations, integrations, and user acceptance testing

Requirements:

- Three to seven-plus years of project management experience
- Experience with SaaS delivery, software implementation, or IT services
- Understanding of data migration, integrations, and cloud technologies
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Legal eligibility to work where the role is based
