As a member of PwC’s Global IA Center of Excellence, you will facilitate assessments influencing network strategy and regulatory compliance. The work includes advising client service teams, interpreting SEC, UK PIE, EU PIE, and PwC Global Independence Policy restrictions, and supporting knowledge sharing. You will also contribute to transformation initiatives and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate and support global independence assessments
- Consult with client service teams on independence requests




- Monitor developments through community participation and training
- Share knowledge and training with XLOS personnel
- Support transformation projects and change management plans

Requirements:

- Experience in a managerial role
- Knowledge of PwC and its services
- Thorough understanding of international independence rules
- Experience with complex entity structures
- Canadian CPA or equivalent designation is an asset
