As a Manager, you will support external clients through financial reporting, modelling, forecasting, and business process improvement. You will serve as a primary contact for key relationships while aligning financial strategies with business goals. This position also includes team leadership and business development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial reporting packages, models, forecasts, and budgets
- Advise clients and executive teams on financial strategy
- Build models for forecasting, budgeting, capital raising, and valuations
- Develop proposals, pitches,



and skilled community relationships
- Mentor analysts through coaching and performance evaluations

Requirements:

- CPA designation
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration
- Five-plus years progressive accounting or finance experience
- Management experience and financial reporting expertise
- Advanced Excel and modelling familiarity considered an asset
