Reporting to the Director, Supplier Strategy & Integration, this Manager supports supplier strategy implementation and continuous improvement. The role works with Canadian business units and specialized teams to develop third-party solutions, manage supplier initiatives, and align cross-functional processes. It also contributes to the digital roadmap for Supplier Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, direct, monitor, and evaluate team performance
- Develop solutions with business partners and cross-functional teams
- Support outsourcing initiatives, supplier integrations, and technology implementations




- Establish Supplier Relationship Management service measures and targets
- Align standards with sustainability and inclusion requirements

Requirements:

- Expert knowledge of Supplier Relationship Management processes and technologies
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Solid project management and business analysis skills
- Experience coaching teams and managing stakeholders
- Accounting, financial, or data analysis experience
