As an Associate on the New Verticals Strategy & Operations team, you will support Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, and Retail businesses. You will focus on search, customer relationship management, and catalog quality. Your work will turn customer and catalog insights into campaigns, experiments, and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze search, catalog, and customer data
- Build dashboards that identify clear business priorities
- Launch on-platform tests and consult on CRM campaigns
- Read experiment results and scale what works
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and merchant teams

Requirements:

- One to three-plus years of related experience
- Experience pulling and modeling large datasets
- Excitement to use or learn SQL
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with rapid change
