Under Northern Health supervision, the Long-Term Care Coordinator oversees daily operations and quality care within designated clinical areas. This Registered Nurse position supports resident movement, resource access, clinical decision-making, assessments, and family education. It also contributes to staffing, policies, procedures, standards, and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate day-to-day operations within designated clinical areas
- Support seamless resident movement through the healthcare system
- Supervise staff and provide clinical decision-making resources




- Assess residents and counsel and educate families
- Coordinate interdisciplinary resources and staff educational needs

Requirements:

- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing from a recognized university
- Current BCCNM registration as practicing RN or RPN
- Three years recent related clinical experience
- Two years recent supervisory and teaching experience
- Current CPR certification required
