Support global structured products trading desks at BMO through equity derivatives trade capture, controls, and stakeholder coordination. Work from 100 King Street West.

This Associate role supports pre- and post-execution events across Structured Notes, Equities, OTC Equity, and Interest Rate Derivatives. You will help set up downstream feeds, book recent strategies, and capture transactional information for analytics and financial accounting. The role also supports governance, controls, reconciliations, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support pre- and post-execution trade desk activities
- Set up downstream feeds for various structured products
- Book new strategies and capture transactional information
- Monitor trade capture controls, discrepancies,



and operational issues
- Liaise with trading desks and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

- Two to four years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
- In-depth product, process, control, risk, and regulatory knowledge
- In-depth Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
