The role involves supervising and coordinating crews of Journeymen, Apprentices, and Labourers in the construction of System Scaffolding, Tube and Fitting, and Temporary Roof structures, based at the business address and dispatched to various jobsites across Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley, Lower Mainland, BC.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervise workers and projects, ensuring health, safety, and quality standards are met.Co‑ordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.Arrange and deliver training, assisting with the development of junior workers and apprentices.Conduct site inspections and resolve all on‑site related problems.Communicate with contractors to effectively coordinate crew schedules and activities.Ensure structures are constructed to code and engineering requirements.Manage equipment and site vehicles.Assist with erecting and dismantling scaffold structures as necessary.Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.QualificationsEducation: Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.Minimum 3 years of experience in System Scaffolding, Tube and Fitting, and Temporary Roofs.Scaffold ticket at an advanced or basic level.Physical ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work outdoors.Attention to detail and ability to work independently.Valid driver’s licence (desirable).First Aid certificate (desirable).WHMIS training (desirable).BenefitsExtended health, dental, disability and vision coverage.RRSP matching.Paid vacation: 10 days and 4% of pay.Casual dress code.Company events.Employee assistance program.Life insurance.Mileage reimbursement.On‑site parking.Paid time off.Relocation assistance.Company holidays.Schedule & Job TypeFull‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
