As Senior Maintenance Scheduler, you lead Coastal Scheduling activities for Waterfront Maintenance packages and Fiscal Year schedules. The position coordinates with Ship Maintenance Leads, Team Leads, FMF, subcontractors, and project partners. You validate maintenance scope, synchronize schedule data, and support accurate reporting across systems. Key Responsibilities:

At least five years planning multi-disciplined maintenance schedules Working knowledge of Maximo, DRMIS, or Sir Joseph Isherwoods MIS Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 scheduling experience preferred Relevant technical diploma, degree, or technician certification Apply project planning, maintenance scheduling, systems synchronization, and performance analysis to support Thales maritime programs in Halifax.
