As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will implement and support core infrastructure technology across Northern Health. Your work may include networks, telecommunications, servers, security, authentication, messaging, thin technology, and storage systems. You will also provide Tier 2 technical support to ITS and user communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement complex core infrastructure technology systems
- Support networks, servers, security, and storage systems
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for technical issues
- Support authentication, messaging, and telecommunications technologies




- Handle infrastructure systems affecting multiple functional areas

Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science or related diploma or certificate
- Three years of recent Information Technology experience
- Valid Class 5 British Columbia driver's license
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to understand complex equipment and technical issues
