Maintain SAP SuccessFactors applications at Al-Pac near Athabasca or in St. Albert, applying system administration and technical support expertise.

As an Analyst, SAP, you will manage an assigned HR business application portfolio for Alberta-Pacific Forest Industries Inc. The work includes risk evaluation, troubleshooting, configuration, testing, implementation, integration, and application management. You will support business and technology objectives while helping refine associated processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the assigned SAP SuccessFactors HR application portfolio
- Evaluate application risks throughout each product lifecycle
- Troubleshoot issues systematically, predictably, and promptly
- Lead system and functional testing for application changes




- Coordinate issue resolution with IT teams, suppliers, and stakeholders

Requirements:

- Post-secondary technology diploma or equivalent relevant experience
- Five-plus years in system administration and support
- Three-plus years with SAP Basis and HR SuccessFactors
- Knowledge of HANA Database administration and SAP architecture
- Experience with SAP roles, authorizations, S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, and SAC
