As a Junior Delta System Specialist, you will provide Level 1 support for enterprise software, control hardware, and networking. The position supports Delta Controls and Loytec products across deployment, installation, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting. You will analyze customer issues, identify causes, and determine effective responses through the web-based Help Desk.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist partners with building automation system deployment and installation
- Analyze customer issues and identify underlying causes
- Manage requests through web-based Help Desk software




- Write Knowledge Base Articles and technical content
- Provide product demonstrations and technical documentation feedback

Requirements:

- Three years of relevant experience
- Related degree or technical certification
- Building Automation Systems installation or commissioning experience preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid passport and willingness to travel globally
