Lead underground mining training with charge-up and mechanised mining expertise on Barminco’s permanent FIFO roster from any world capital.

As a General Trainer, you will support training across Barminco’s Canadian operations within the Perenti Group. The work requires demonstrated all-round mechanised mining experience, including development and production charge-up, development bogging, and Service Crew activities. You will train others while working within a highly productive mining workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Train others across mechanised underground mining activities
- Perform development and production charge-up activities
- Complete development bogging and roadworks to high standards
- Install and maintain services, pumping,



and ventilation
- Support proactive safety practices during mining operations

Requirements:

- Demonstrated all-round mechanised mining experience
- Previous expertise in charge-up, bogging, and Service Crew work
- Ability and desire to train others
- Proactive attitude to safety and driven work ethic
- Required tickets or qualifications and National Police Clearance
