This senior role connects supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing priorities. You will lead Phase-In Phase-Out execution, material transitions, and risk management. The work supports cost reduction, supply continuity, quality improvement, product retirement, and new product introduction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead PIPO execution with external manufacturing partners
- Drive material transitions for product and cost objectives
- Optimize timing, risk management, and excess prevention
- Provide constraint visibility to engineering and R&D; forums
- Execute last-time-buy strategies and rework initiatives

Requirements:

- 10+ years in materials, procurement, NPI, or engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or engineering
- Cross-functional leadership experience with EMS partners
- Solid scenario modeling and what-if analysis skills
- Deep MRP and ERP systems understanding
