- Data Platform Modernization: Evolve the claims data ecosystem by driving the migration to Snowflake and supporting the Qlik setting.
- Pipeline Development: Design, optimize, and automate scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines and analytical datasets.
- Architecture & Governance: Apply best practices for data modeling, performance optimization, and cost-efficient architecture within Snowflake.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with claims operations, analytics, and actuarial teams to translate business needs into robust data solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in data engineering, analytics, or a related technical role.
- Technical Stack: Proficient in Python and SQL with experience handling complex data models.
- Cloud & ETL: Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses and building/debugging ETL/ELT pipelines.
