This full-time Project Manager role supports core construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage project information, budgets, schedules, quality, and contract requirements. The position works with architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, inspectors, owners, and internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in design reviews, tendering, bid levelling, and project launch
- Manage budgets, forecasts, progress reporting, and change orders
- Chair owner, architect, consultant, and project team meetings
- Review submittals, shop drawings, specifications, and contract documents




- Oversee commissioning, handover, training, and financial closeout

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and minimum four years’ related experience
