Lead sales and marketing for Olympic Buildings MB, applying construction sales expertise and business planning across building projects.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee Residential, Agriculture, and Commercial Building Projects. The position requires leadership of Building Consultants, marketing strategy development, sales budgeting, quoting, customer service, and pricing. You will also support business planning with sales, overhead, and profit/loss projections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Building Consultants toward sales goals and budgets
- Develop marketing strategies, advertising programs, and promotional plans
- Prepare annual sales budgets with the General Manager
- Provide quotes and process sales through deadlines




- Build customer relationships, visit job sites, and resolve conflicts

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of building construction sales experience
- Experience selling within the construction industry
- Knowledge of CAD, design software, and cost reporting
- Understanding of wood, truss, and building manufacturing
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation
