The Human Resources Manager oversees the full HR and Environmental, Health & Safety functions. You will align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support a positive, inclusive, high-performance workplace. The position partners with Divisional Leadership and Corporate HR while leading continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop HR strategies aligned with divisional business objectives
- Address employee relations concerns, grievances, and workplace issues
- Lead recruitment, talent management, and succession planning




- Optimize HR programs, policies, compensation, and benefits structures
- Provide leadership for EHS and corrective action closure

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years of progressive Human Resources experience
- At least three years leading full HR functions
- Manufacturing workplace experience and applicable employment legislation knowledge
- Post-secondary Human Resources education; bachelor's degree preferred
- HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
