Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in client, internal, and industry workshops
- Document functional specifications with clients and technical teams
- Translate user stories into structured requirements and acceptance criteria




- Create wireframes and detailed screen specifications with UI experts
- Support sprint questions, test case reviews, and planning

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma
- Five or more years in life insurance or similar roles
- Strong documentation and business analysis technique skills
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English
- Organization, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
