As Construction and Facilities Coordinator, you will coordinate project submittals, design samples, change orders, safety documents, and close-out activities. You will support Directors with meetings, minutes, and special projects while maintaining construction and maintenance information. The work also connects restaurant Operations with department planning and timely communications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, track, and manage departmental purchase orders
- Coordinate submittals, samples, change orders, and project close-out
- Maintain preventative maintenance records and documentation systems
- Support Directors with meetings, minutes,



and special projects
- Assist technical research, pricing information, and proposal drafts

Requirements:

- Three to four years in a similar construction role
- Construction project coordination and database management experience
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and building codes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD
- Solid organization and communication across management levels
