Lead major civil infrastructure delivery in Toronto with expertise in construction operations, commercial management, and stakeholder leadership. Aecon offers this role within Major Projects East. The Director, Project leads a landmark Ontario infrastructure project supporting the Arctic Over the Horizon Radar Program. The position oversees construction, commercial, stakeholder, people, communication, and executive responsibilities. Success requires integrated project delivery experience, robust governance understanding, and commercial judgment. Key Responsibilities:

Establish safety systems and procedures across project operations Monitor schedule, quality metrics, budget, and project closeout Manage risks, contracts, cash flow, claims, and negotiations Maintain relationships with clients, partners,



governments, and communities Hire, coach, mentor, and lead project personnel Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent Twenty years of construction leadership on complex major projects Experience delivering projects valued from $500 million to $1 billion Integrated Project Delivery, Alliance, or Progressive Design-Build experience Ability to lead organizations exceeding 100 personnel Bring construction leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder expertise to Aecon’s major infrastructure delivery in Ontario.
