You will listen to our clients, manage onboarding and training, and then drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.You will work alongside the President, business development, marketing, product, software development, and funding analyst team. You will support our growth in both the US and Canada by keeping clients happy and spotting opportunities early.Program eligibilityThis position is funded through the Youth Employment Program.
