We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to become a vital member of our team.DutiesEstimate and quote prices, credits, warranties and delivery dates of product (including research of same)Process incoming requisitions and issue or distribute parts and supplies for internal/external usage (including part requisitions)Manage all local and vendor specific (part) purchase ordersStore items in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouse, supply room or other areaMaintain records of orders and the amount, kind and location of parts and supplies on hand using manual and computerized SAGE inventory systemPrepare and requisition orders to replenish parts and suppliesReceive and sort incoming parts and supplies as requiredAdvise customers or internal users on appropriateness of parts, supplies or materials requestedUpdate, transfer and maintain accurate customer information on equipment line cardMaintain adequate stock of parts required for the P.M. Fleet scheduleAssist with managing part maintenance of internal rental equipmentPrepare billing information for invoicing – generate and track computerized work orders for parts on orderManage purchase orders relating to parts / expediting of orders by working in conjunction with Service team to coordinate part requirementsAssist and manage inventory control and daily cycle countsReview and adapt information regarding product innovations,
