Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville is seeking a Client Services Supervisor to lead the customer service teams across Town Hall and recreation facilities. You will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and drive improvements to deliver high-quality service to residents.

Reporting to the Manager of Customer Service, you will manage scheduling, payroll, training, and performance, while collaborating with departments to implement programs and ensure consistent service across channels.
