Calgary-based pipeline engineering leads technical design and EPCM execution for underground systems across energy projects and global workshare teams.

Equinox Engineering Ltd. seeks an intermediate or senior Pipeline Engineer with solid technical expertise and sound engineering judgment. You will deliver pipeline systems from concept through construction support, collaborating with Design Drafting, Stress, Mechanical, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams. The work spans natural gas, conventional oil, heavy oil, carbon capture, and pipeline infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead underground pipeline design, specifications, and construction support
- Complete wall thickness calculations and routing analyses
- Develop alignment sheets, material requisitions, and specialty specifications




- Coordinate stress requirements and interdisciplinary technical issues
- Mentor junior engineers and support global workshare execution

Requirements:

- Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum five years of pipeline engineering experience
- Minimum three years of recent EPCM pipeline experience
- Expert-level knowledge of CSA Z662
- Experience with underground projects ranging from NPS 3 to NPS 42
