The Recruitment Manager owns end-to-end recruitment delivery and strategic planning. You will develop scalable practices, build technical and leadership pipelines, and use market intelligence, employer branding, and recruitment metrics. The role also includes advising hiring managers, managing partners, and coaching recruitment team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop recruitment strategy aligned with workforce plans and priorities
- Lead full-cycle technical, operational, corporate, and leadership hiring
- Build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networks, institutions,



and events
- Establish consistent recruitment processes, governance, and service standards
- Use metrics to improve speed, quality, cost, and experience

Requirements:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Eight or more years of progressive talent acquisition experience
- Strategy and complex full-cycle hiring experience
- Recruitment leadership or major hiring-program experience
- Qualified fluency in English and French
