This contract role supports on-time delivery within a leading energy organization. You will coordinate logistics, purchasing, engineering documentation, and project stakeholders. Two openings support separate projects over 12 months, with office days Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, plus work from home Wednesday and Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Expedite deliverables across purchase orders, contracts, and projects
- Coordinate equipment, materials, logistics, and site delivery readiness
- Manage vendor documentation reviews, approvals, and completeness
- Review fabrication schedules, inspection reports, ITPs, and purchase-order data




- Report status, receiving progress, and maintain expediting records

Requirements:

- Five to seven-plus years in a high pace environment
- Expediting best practices involving logistics and purchasing
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, piping, and instrumentation equipment
- Working knowledge of engineering and vendor documentation
- Equivalent experience, training, and education may be considered
