Lead information technology and cybersecurity strategy at Niagara Peninsula Energy Inc. while supporting modernization, transformation, and reliable service delivery.

Reporting to the Vice President of Information Technology, the Director leads NPEI’s IT department, including infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity. This senior leadership role develops the Technology Roadmap, evaluates enterprise systems, and aligns technology investments with strategic objectives. The Director also supports customer-facing solutions, digital services, business continuity, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity functions
- Develop and implement IT strategy and Technology Roadmap
- Lead cybersecurity governance and corporate data protection




- Ensure backup recovery and business continuity processes
- Advise the Vice President on technology priorities and risks

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- 10+ years managing an IT function
- 5 years in a senior supervisory role
- Expert senior leadership and people management skills
- Advanced knowledge of networks, enterprise systems, and ERP implementations
