The Patient Care Coordinator supports day-to-day operations and quality patient care within designated clinical areas. Working within a patient and family centered care model, the PCC supports patient movement through the healthcare system and access to appropriate resources. The position also guides staff and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily operations within designated clinical areas
- Support quality patient care and patient movement
- Supervise staff and provide clinical decision-making resources
- Review administrative systems and recommend improvements
- Coordinate resources and staff educational needs

Requirements:

- Practice according to BCCNM skilled standards
- Follow the BCCNM code of ethics
- Apply patient and family centered care principles
- Provide clinical assessments and counseling support
- Work Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 15:30
