As Service Manager, you will implement service strategy and manage day-to-day operations within ABB Robotics Canada. You will own unit P&L; performance, guide service productivity, develop offerings, and support customer engagement. The role reports to the Business Manager - Operations and Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and implement service strategy with management
- Monitor P&L;, productivity, investments, and customer satisfaction
- Improve existing services and develop current offerings




- Build customer relationships alongside sales teams
- Guide and develop direct and indirect reports

Requirements:

- 12+ years managing service or aftermarket operations
- Robotics industry experience is an asset
- Experience managing budgets, P&L;, and operational KPIs
- Success developing high-performing customer-focused teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
