As Director, Sales and Business Development, you will develop profitable-growth strategies across Trade segments and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. The scope includes Strategic Customer Account Management, Residential New Construction, Bathing, Showroom, Repair and Install, and Commercial execution. You will lead teams, relationships, pipeline management, forecasting, and business intelligence activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute Trade sales and business development strategies
- Lead Business Development and Sales Enablement teams
- Identify markets, customer segments, partnerships, and product opportunities
- Build relationships with contractors,



influencers, customers, and agencies
- Report commercial performance using metrics, KPIs, and business insights

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- 10+ years in business development, sales strategy, or commercial leadership
- Solid Canadian Trade channel and commercial sales knowledge
- Experience developing growth strategies and strategic relationships
- Plumbing, building materials, or related industry experience preferred
