As Principal Systems and Cloud Infrastructure Administrator, you will shape Rheinmetall Canada’s target hybrid IT setting. The position balances design, planning, and technology choices with configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting. You will work alongside systems, senior systems, and network administrators while supporting cloud migration, security, and infrastructure evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement on-premise, Azure, and AWS hybrid infrastructure
- Plan cloud migrations considering data residency and sovereignty
- Define architecture standards and baseline configurations




- Evaluate solutions through proofs of concept and recommendations
- Resolve complex technical problems during deployments and go-lives

Requirements:

- Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
- Seven to ten years of IT experience
- At least three years administering cloud solutions or infrastructure
- Azure and AWS architecture expertise preferred
- Experience designing hybrid infrastructure in regulated contexts
