The Calgary International Film Festival seeks a senior fundraising leader for its leadership team. This permanent, full time position oversees major gifts, individual giving, corporate partnerships, and Development staff. The successful candidate will shape strategy, cultivate donors, manage partnerships, and contribute at an executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead major gifts cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship at $25,000+ levels
- Develop individual giving and corporate partnership growth strategies
- Hire, mentor, and direct two Development Officers
- Manage donor events, campaigns, forecasting,



and contributed revenue reporting
- Partner with the Executive Director and Board on fundraising

Requirements:

- Minimum five years in increasingly senior fundraising roles
- Experience with programs generating $500,000+ annual contributed revenue
- Direct major gifts solicitation experience at $25,000+ levels
- Senior leadership and fundraising team management experience
- Fundraising database proficiency; Keela experience is an asset
