As an Engineering Manager, you will combine technical leadership, program management, and people development. Translate technical and business requirements into roadmaps, enable incremental delivery, and align technology solutions with organizational goals. Lead software development teams through complex initiatives using Agile principles, software development methodologies, and full SDLC knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead cross-squad programs involving technical, regulatory, and organizational initiatives

Requirements:

- Five to ten years of progressive management experience

- Familiarity with Node.js, React, TypeScript, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Docker
